Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, Personal Data does not include information that the App processes in the context of services that it provides directly to a consumer.
“Merchant Data” refers to information relating to an identifiable or identified Data Subject who visits or engages in services provided by the App (a "Merchant" or “Store”), during the course of providing you with the Services.
Personal Information our Services Collect
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: details of all past orders for the shop, details of all customers for the shop, the shop's metafield entries, and the shop's theme and asset files.
We also collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: Google Analytics information on the App listing page. “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to communicate with you; Improve the App listing through the use of Google Analytics.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records including price and quantity of items ordered, customer who the items and their email, and details of any order management events for that order (such as fulfillment, refunds, etc) unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
